NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for an area variance for front yard setback no closer than 100 ft. to the center of the road for a new firehouse to replace the existing firehouse at the property located at 2891 Rte.17K, designated as 24-1-93.1 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the BP Zoning District, owned by Bullville Fire Company Inc. Said hearing will take place on June 2, 2021, at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
