A fun and lively class filled with music and laughter. 40 minute class consists of simple exercises designed to build muscle strength and stability, increase flexibility and range of motion and help with stamina for daily activities. Modifications for every level, beginners welcome and encouraged! Movements may be done in provided chairs if needed.
