NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for an area variance for front yard setback to add a 12 ft. x 21 ft. addition to an existing detached garage located 105 Comfort Trail, designated as 9-3-18 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the “RA” Zoning District, owned by Robert Paxton. Said hearing will take place on July 5, 2023, at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
