NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for an area variance to use a cottage located on a one acre tax lot within the 134.6 acre farm for a bride’s room for the approved wedding venue located on the larger property that is a different lot; area variance to use the cottage as a B&B during non-wedding use located less than 200 ft. from nearest residence (owner’s residence) and lot size less than 5 acres required in the RA district for a B&B, located at 292 Howell St., designated as 11-1-10.2 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the “RA” Zoning District, owned by Jacob & Winnie Gros. Said hearing will take place on July 5, 2023, at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
