TOWN OF CRAWFORD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 121 Route 302 Pine Bush, NY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for interpretations and/or variances for the community distributed 50 MWAC utility scale solar system proposed by NY USLE Long Lane I LLC for definition of site under Code 137-25.2 (H) (1)(d) “A solar energy system shall only be situated on a site consisting of 75% or more in area of small trees, brush, pasture or open field” and what visible structural component of the solar energy system should be used to measure the setback. Under Code 137-25.2.1(H)(!)(a) the setback is measured to the visible structural component of the solar energy system nearest to the side lot line or rear lot line (visible structural component is not defined); at the property located at 103 Long Lane designated as 22-1-39 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the “RA” Zoning District, owned by Reclaimed Dignity Animal Sanctuary Inc.
