NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for an area variance for a side yard setback no closer than 13.9 ft. for a 24 ft. x 62 ft. addition to an existing house at the property located at 475 Union School Rd. designated as 27-1-66.54 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the “RA” Zoning District, owned by Adam Greenberg. Said hearing will take place on February 7, 2024, at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
