NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Board of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for a site plan amendment and change of use from a medical facility to café/restaurant with an outdoor patio and 1,400 sq. ft. of office space at the property located at 59 Boniface Drive, designated as 8-2-97.1 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the BP-Hamlet district, owned by Fifty-Nine Boniface LLC. Said hearing will take place on April 10, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
