NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing on the application by Nicholas Wengenroth for area variances for lot area, front, side and rear yard setbacks for a new 2 story single family home on a 50 ft. x 100 ft. pre-existing, non-conforming lot at the property located on Greising Road designated as 4-8-14 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the “R” Zoning District, owned by Keith and Faith Snyder. Said hearing will take place on July 3, 2024, at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
