NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing on the application for an area variance for the setback distance from the front property line in order to comply with town code for an in-home dog kennel at the property located at 130 Crans Road, designated as 27-1-31.21 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the “RA” Zoning District, owned by Steve and Eileen Nixon. Said hearing will take place on November 6, 2024, at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
