NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Board of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for a scenic review for new construction of a single family home and site plan amendment to relocate the septic system from the originally approved subdivision plan, designated as 19-1-54 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the RA district, located at 59 Paddock Drive, owned by M. Maggiolo Contracting Corp. Said hearing will take place on February 26, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.
