NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a special meeting for the purpose of the continuation of the public hearings listed below that were held open at the June 2, 2021 meeting.  Said hearing will take place on June 8, 2021, at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY in the second floor meeting room.

1. Brohan, Ryan & Samantha (RA) – 25-1-15 (12 Bullville Road) – 3 area variances to add deck to existing house

2. Robertson Main Street Properties Inc. (R & BP) – 6-6-2 & 3 – area variance from NYS Law 280A – no road frontage

3. Bullville Fire Co. Inc. (BP) – 24-1-93.1 (2891 Rt. 17K) – area variance for front yard setback no closer than 100 ft. to center of the road
