Fitness Classes

Light Fitness Classes

Get fit and socialize in our Light Fitness Classes, Thursdays at 10am in the Town of Crawford Town Hall Fitness room (second floor of Town Hall). In each class, we improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. Classes are open to the public at the cost of $5. Town of Crawford residents receive the discounted rate of $3. 

Chair Yoga Classes

Get all the benefits of yoga in a chair. Our Chair Yoga classes incorporate breathing, light stretching and relaxation suitable for all levels.  Classes are open to the public at the cost of $5. Town of Crawford residents receive the discounted rate of $3.
