TOWN OF CRAWFORD PLANNING BOARD

 

 

 

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Public Hearings will be held on the following applications by the Planning Board, Town of Crawford, County of Orange, State of New York, on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 beginning at 7:00 pm, at the Town Hall, 121 State Route 302, Pine Bush, New York.

 

Beer World (BP) – 8-2-69.62 (Rte. 52 and Boniface Dr.) – amend site plan for minor changes to lighting and floor elevations

 

Canaan Farm (RA) – 10-1-32.13 – (Rte. 302) – scenic review and site plan for construction of four greenhouses; scenic review  and site plan for windows and façade of the front of the barn containing the farm stand

Community Services is here to assist residents with researching and identifying services & resources they need. Other responsibilities include specific grant writing & reporting, marketing & promotion of the town, development of new activities and events for all residents, as well as programming specific to youth & senior citizens.
