NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Crawford will hold a public hearing for a use variance for a church in an existing building at the property located at 2331 Route 17K, designated as 20-1-84.2 on the Tax Map of the Town of Crawford in the “I” Zoning District, owned by DEMCO Corporation. Said hearing will take place on November 2, 2022, at 7:30 P.M. at 121 Route 302, Pine Bush, NY.

FARM-RELATED ZONING AMENDMENTS
Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 4:00 PM the Town of Crawford will be closed for all non-essential services until further notice.
The Town of Crawford Zoning Board of Appeals meeting scheduled for April 1, 2020 has been cancelled and rescheduled to April 15, 2020.
Courts are closed until further notice.
All public hearings for Town, Zoning and Planning Boards are cancelled for two weeks.
As a precautionary measure the Town hall will be open for essential services only beginning today. People may call, many of their questions or needs can be answered by phone. We will continue to do our best to serve the needs of our residents.

As of today the Town Board meeting is still scheduled to take place but will be moved to the senior center where all interested parties can attend and have reasonable spacing as per suggested guidelines.
Town Hall will be open for essential business and we urge all residents to exercise prudence and only use our facilities as is necessary.
If circumstances change we will post on our website, Facebook and the front door of Town Hall.

RESOLUTION INTRODUCING LOCAL LAW AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC NOTICE AND HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED that an introductory Local Law, entitled “Farm-Related Zoning Amendments” be and it hereby is introduced by Supervisor Charles Carnes before the Town Board of the Town of Crawford in the County of Orange and State of New York, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of the aforesaid proposed local law be laid upon the desk of each member of the Board, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board hold a public hearing on said proposed local law at the Town Hall, 121 Route 302, Pine Bush 12566, at 7:20 PM on January 16, 2020, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk publish or cause to be published a public notice in the official newspaper of the Town of Crawford of said public hearing at least ten (10) days prior thereto. On a motion by Councilman Daniel Flanick seconded by Councilman Rory Holmes the resolution was adopted on a vote of 5 Ayes, 0 Nays. The Supervisor declared this resolution adopted.
